The Unknown Institute, Inc. is a Georgia Domestic Nonprofit Corporation, incorporated effective September 11, 2026. Its stated purpose is charitable and educational.
The working leadership structure includes a Chair, Founder / CEO / President, Treasurer / CFO, Secretary, and Director. See the Board of Directors page for the current roster.

A statement of intent is not a substitute for an adopted policy. This site does not claim that a particular policy has already been adopted.
Stewardship priorities
The institution’s operating framework needs to address financial oversight, conflicts of interest, gift acceptance, sponsor relationships, records, and clear approval responsibilities. These are priorities for development; adoption has not been verified on this website.
